The following terms and Conditions apply to all transactions processed by www.applia.co.uk website and over the telephone. These terms and conditions may change from time to time so please check them before making a new purchase with us.
Payment
All prices shown are in £ sterling and include VAT. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time. The price you pay is the one shown on the website at the time we received your order. In the event that an error is discovered with data and the price of goods, we will contact as soon as possible to give the option of amending and processing your order at the correct price or cancelling it. You can pay for your order by MasterCard, Visa, Delta/Connect or Switch either online or you can telephone your order through to our sales line 0116 2666659.
Ordering
If ordering online you will receive and email confirming your order, if it is a telephone order you will receive written confirmation in the post. When a product is not available through manufacturer within the usual 7-10 working days, we will contact the customer with an anticipated lead time. When accepted by the customer we will then charge the customer. If an order is received and the product is not available due to discontinuation or low stock, we will discuss a possible alternative either for the same or similar price.

Guarantees
All products come with 12 months manufactures’ Guarantee. Other products do come with 2, 5 or even 10 years depending on the promotion by a particular manufacturer. We do offer a repair protection plan for all appliances through Domestic and general. If interested please ask our sales team for a quote.
All servicing and repairs are carried out the by manufacturers who all operate a nationwide service network. A proof of purchase is required to show the engineer on site. If you cannot find your proof of purchase we can provide you with a copy with a small administration fee of £5.00
